I have somewhat recently become totally lactose intolerant — as in, no butter, no cheese, no yogurt, and nothing dairy. I'm totally opposed to relying on drugs to allow me to eat something my body clearly doesn't want to digest, so I've been experimenting with vegan cooking.

When I read that Oprah is going vegan as part of a 21-day cleanse, I thought: I could do that — if I had a personal chef! When well-prepared, vegan food can be quite delicious, and I've had some great gourmet meals at vegan restaurants.
But it's definitely a challenging way to eat, so I'd rather have someone cook it for me.
