Although we don't see shots snapped of him that often (except recent appearances in Vogue and on Oprah), Norman was the big winner for celebrity pet of the year!The corgi-terrier mix was your top pick (with 40 percent of the votes) and I have to agree that his face is pretty darn adoro. He's got the best of both breeds with the long, stout corgi body and the scruffy terrier hair – Jennifer Aniston's pooch is too precious! Honestly, what did we do before Gossip Girl? Even though GG isn't a fashion show per se, we love it most for the highly stylized wardrobe. The characters and the lives of the Upper East Siders are all fun and games, but we can't help but be fixated on every outfit.

I used to play in my mom's jewelry all the time — I still do. If this is you too, you probably voted for a statement necklace as your favorite trend of '08. The reader favorite was over-the-top shoes, and you know me, so this was a tough call.

No one's arguing that the handbag designer of the year is Chanel. Balenciaga was close behind, but Chanel wins both your and my vote. Karl has a way of reinventing the classic with every collection.

Even though it barely came out on top of its original spoiled sweet or spoiled rotten poll, when asked what luxury item you'd most crave, the Penthouse Dog Potty was the big winner. I can see this personal indoor patch of grass being useful for city living, although I'd only wish it came with its own penthouse, too!
