On yesterday's Oprah Show, actress Alicia Silverstone took cameras grocery shopping with her. I have to say that I was surprised at how many processed foods Alicia picked out. Although I know a lot of vegans who rely on synthetic meat and processed foods as the backbone of their diet, I expected Alicia to be different.

Details are emerging about Brittany Murphy's death as the coroner prepares to carry out an autopsy "as soon as possible". Brittany had been suffering from flu like symptoms and was taking prescription medication to ease them in the days before her death.
She collapsed in the bathroom on Sunday morning and was found unconscious by her mother in the shower suffering a heart attack.
