For Fall '10, designers — such as Adam Lippes, Peter Som, Michael Kors, and Tommy Hilfiger — swapped out shorter hemlines for longer luxurious lengths. Maxed-out skirts are a sophisticated and refreshing alternative to the tights and minis combo and can be worn both casually or ultra-glamorous. Peep how Adam Lippes and Peter Som experimented with floaty, printed chiffon layers, while Michael Kors and Tibi decorated their long skirts with beads and shimmer.

Circa '99, green was my favorite color, so I was elated to see the earthy tone back in action on the Fall '10 runways. I admit, dungarees aren't for everyone, but if there's an inner Laura Ashley hiding inside of you, now is the time to release her. Personally, I kinda love this kickback style. While Ralph Lauren paired his denim overalls with gold peep-toe heels for his Spring collection, I prefer mine with some fun flats.

Clogs, denim shirts, and maxi skirts are already all over the High Street and now another item is set to be revived – dungarees. They're a natural development from jumpsuits which have been popular for the past few seasons.

Let me tell you why Mary-Kate Olsen is so unapologetically amazing. While out with her sis for an interview with Good Morning America, she dressed up her double-breasted pea coat with a sharp equestrian belt. It's simple, but the sleek cut makes all the difference in the fashion world.

There are two marathons coming up: New York Fashion Week and the Olympics. I don't know if you know this about me, but I have a sporty side and I get a bit Olympic obsessed. And I'm not the only fashion/sport hybrid.

Pop decided to spend her chilly months in preppy-chic J.Crew. Don't we all? Her layered look can go from college to the workforce to a movie date — pretty adorable.
