I'm super excited for the next episode of Dogs 101 on Animal Planet. Airing every Saturday at 8 p.m., each show focuses on five dog types. Last week, we learned quite a bit about the following breeds – I've included a fun fact, and furry face, for each pooch.

Newfies fill a special place in my heart. If I had a large home with a large backyard, those large, black dogs would be tops on my list even before I heard about the amazing tale of this very special Newfoundland named Connie. Treatment
Psoriasis that develops on the hands or feet is often very difficult to treat. However, an advanced clinical trial showed that a medication called efalizumab (Raptiva) effectively cleared or nearly cleared moderate-to-severe symptoms in adults after 12 weeks.
Several studies have shown that most people with severe psoriasis who are treated with infliximab (Remicade) have significant improvement in symptoms by week 10.

There's a small town located off the Newfoundland coast called Dildo. The town was named long before the popular sex toy hit the market, but now that the five-letter word has taken on a dirty meaning, snickering tourists make special trips just to say they've been to Dildo and back. The ridicule doesn't sit well with some residents, while others don't let it bother them much.
