Interview With Tori and Dean: How Their Family Rolls

Ever wonder how Tinseltown families roll? We found out! This morning we chatted with Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott who teamed up with Cottonelle for their latest campaign about the great debate: over or under?

According to the company's findings, those who roll over are organized, take-charge overachievers while those who roll under are laid-back and dependable. With three books, two kids, a clothing line and five seasons of the television show, Tori and Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood, Tori is an over type of gal while her husband is the opposite. Check out what the couple had to say about their roles as parents to Liam, 2, and Stella, 1.

LilSugar: Based on their current personalities, how do you think Liam and Stella will roll?
Dean: I think that Liam will roll under and Stella will roll over. What Stella wants, Stella gets. Liam is really laid-back and kind of goes with the flow. Stella does what she wants to do.

LilSugar: Cottonelle has this great debate, but what is your biggest parenting one?
Tori: We kind of do everything together. Probably when it comes to parenting you (Dean) think I'm more good cop than bad cop. I'm kind of a little too lenient and I give in more.
Dean: And, I'm a little too strict - I'm the disciplinarian.
Tori: I let them get away with too much because I'm still staring at them amazed that they came from my belly!

LilSugar: You know you're a father when...?
Dean: You get pooped on.

LilSugar: Why didn't anybody tell me blank about fatherhood?
Dean: Your children will melt your heart every single day.

LilSugar: What's the best trick your parents ever taught you?
Dean: Cornstarch for diaper rash. Both Liam and Stella were prone to diaper rash while they were teething. You put a little cornstarch on before the diaper cream and it clears it right up. I'm using it right now!

LilSugar: Helicopter dad or free range kids?
Dean: Free range, I'm laid back, but I rule with a strong hand.

Paris and Doug Aim For the A-List With Bravo

Despite living on the D-List, Kathy Griffin hosted the Bravo A-List awards in LA last night. Her recent shopping partner Paris Hilton attended with future husband (for now) Doug Reinhardt on her arm. Jenny McCarthy and Tori Spelling looked ready for spring in their short dresses while Kim Kardashian stayed on her trend of keeping it classy. Rachel Zoe, whose show we can't wait to see return, also attended, as did pregnant Ana Ortiz. The festivities got frisky and even included a goo-covered Kathy, though the fun won't be on air until April 15.

Celebrity Hairstylists Are a Girl's Best Friend

Nicole Richie and Rachel Zoe posed together last night while supporting their hairstylist friends, Byron Williams and Tracey Cunningham, at their salon's party in LA. We've seen the girls reunited before, and it looks as if everything is amicable again between the two. Jenny McCarthy enjoyed a drink with Byron while Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott chatted with Lisa Rinna, and once again Nicky Hilton showed off her fab style. At the end of the night Benji Madden took Nicole home after what looked like a fun time for the celebrities celebrating the people that help keep them beautiful.

This Just In: Tori Spelling & Dean McDermott Are on the Move

Not long after Tori Spelling listed her Westwood digs, she and husband Dean McDermott have purchased a 6,718-square-foot, 6-bedroom, 6.5-bath manse in Encino, California for nearly $2.5 million, according to Real Estalker. The property description reads:

Sophisticated inviting entertainer's floor plan. Dramatic 2 stry formal entry, richly appointed cstm finishes, french drs, 4 frplcs, over sized common rms, wood & stone flring, dining rm w/ silver leaf coffered clngs, study, office, gourmet eat-in cntr isl kit w/ Thermador, Bosch, & SubZero apls. Amazing mstr ste w/ sitting area, blcny, frplc, spa tub & multi-head shwr. Landscaped grnds w/ lanai, bbq, pool/spa & putting green.

I'm not loving the Tuscan-style exterior, but I think some lush landscaping could give it a facelift. The interior is impressive, though; the intricate parquet flooring is really eye-catching, the built-in bookcases and kitchen cabinets are beautiful and classic, and the sweeping foyer staircase is quite cinematic. I'm actually really drawn to the living room (above); I love the juxtaposition of the traditional, borderline waspy, navy and neutral palette used with clean-lined, modern furnishings. Tori, don't let this get to your head . . . but I'm actually pretty impressed with the décor of this home. I suppose I was expecting something more like the nouveau riche interiors of Faith Hill and Tim McGraw's home, but this manse is quite sophisticated. Wait, wait. There are a few exceptions. The glare of bubble gum pink in the nursery might just make me break out in a rash, and the turquoise walls should only be viewed with sunglasses on. That is, unless you want to give your children migraines. Otherwise, love it!

I was convinced that Gwen Stefani would give birth over the weekend. But the weekend has come and gone without an announcement from the Rossdale camp, and sweet lil Kingston seems to still be waiting patiently. Still, we keep a watchful eye on other Tinseltown bumps and tots as they grow before our eyes. Jen and Violet played the hip holster game along with Katie and Suri. I've Got Much Love for Much Love

Even though we've wrapped up our wedding content, seeing these fab pictures from Much Love Animal Rescue's Second Annual "Bow Wow WOW!" reminded me of my BFF's wedding a couple years back. Instead of going the traditional registry route for presents, they requested that guests donate to this same rescue organization for unwanted or abused animals. They adopted their pooch, Baby, from here – the pit bull was found in very bad condition after being dragged behind a moving car! – and just wanted to give back to the great shelter. Quite popular with generous celebrities as well, Tori Spelling has a fund for sick and injured animals in the name of her late Mimi La Rue, and others – Hilary Duff's Chiquita and Lake Bell's Margaret – have come from here as well. In addition to placing animals, they host a number of adoption fairs and celeb-studded events like this fundrasing event on July 19 in Beverly Hills.
