We may be smack dab in the middle of holiday season here on the Sugar Network, but I can't help but share with you this crazy-fun find to whet your palate for next year's wedding season. We already have enough geeky wedding ammo to fuel an entire ceremony, so this 8-Bit wedding invite is the icing on the cake (pun intended).
Complete with binary code speech bubbles, the vintage feel of this wedding invitation I spotted on BuzzFeed has me longing for my arcade days.

Love, Love Me Do (www.lovelovemedo.com) was started in September 2008 by 2 good friends who each wanted to plan the most perfect wedding. Except they had something called a BUDGET. Despite that, they still managed to inject a healthy dose of creativity and create weddings they both love.

Granted I am not at the point in my life to be married yet (in terms of personal development and relationship status), but as the number of my former classmates getting hitched begin to increase, one tends to start to freak out over biological clocks and wonder if the guy you're currently dating is... dun dun dun - "the ONE".
Even after you've gotten that all figured out, there is then the cost of the wedding you need to worry about (among many many other things).

Estimated cost of the wedding: $2 million
Pop star Christina Aguilera wed music executive Jordan Bratman in November 2005 at Napa Valley's Staglin Family Vineyard. The couple stayed at a cottage at the Auberge du Soleil, splurging on the $3,500-a-night suite replete with fireplace and outdoor hot tub. Aguilera wore a Spanish-style Christian Lacroix gown before changing into a satin minidress for the reception, attended by some 150 guests, including Sharon Stone.

This post comes from the group Celebrity Sightings from member TresAnnie.
When my cousin Brian got married this past June, he and his fiance Leah decided they would invite a few "dream" guests. They sent invitations to Barack Obama, Albert Pujols (go Cardinals!), and, of course, the most-dreamy of them all Robert Pattinson.

Most grooms participate in some sport or athletic activity (golf, soccer, football, etc) on the morning of their wedding day. This is how they ease the tension and I must say the grooms have it right - the name of the game here is stress relief, not last minute weight loss. Come the day of, or even weekend of, your wedding, hopefully you've already done your best from an exercise perspective and one last workout will not do much in terms of dropping pounds.

With wedding season upon us, many of you will be spending time searching online registries for the perfect gift. Wedding registries often include items ranging in price so family members and friends have many options to fit their budget. High ticket items often include electronics such as camcorders, televisions, DVD players and cameras.

Let's start this lesson with a simple statement of fact: if you've found the right woman, the ring you choose won't matter nearly as much as the fact that you're proposing. But since you're making the investment, why not do your homework and flash the ring that will make her heart stop?
While the time and cost it takes to creat an engagement ring may seem overwhelming, let's put it in perspective. The right rock will make her...

I've been a wedding makeup artist for years- just a few tips..
- Don't wear a talc based foundation. It's likely to give you that 'ghost face' when the lights hit it from the camera flash.
