Late actor Heath Ledger is said to have had an affair at the age of 17 with a 25 year-old woman in his native Australia. The woman was in a relationship with someone else at the time and everyone assumed that the baby she had after she and Heath broke up, a girl, was the other guy’s daughter. The child would be 12 this year and one of Ledger’s uncles, the same one who was talking trash about Heath’s father’s ability to handle Heath’s estate, confirmed that the girl is potentially Heath’s.

When I first read this story I thought it must have been something cooked up by a journalist with an overactive imagination, and it very well might be, but movie site Ain’t It Cool News is reporting that the director of the film Heath Ledger left unfinished when he died, The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus, has three big names in mind to take over for his character. The Heath Ledger story is winding down. It’s hard to believe that it’s hasn’t even been a week since the 28 year-old Oscar nominated actor was found dead in his NY apartment. Sources say that initial toxicology reports suggest that he died from natural causes and that no illegal drugs or even alcohol were found on the scene, nor was there time for anyone to dispose of potential evidence.

Michelle Williams’ father has cast doubt on the handling of Heath Ledger’s estate by the late star’s dad Kim, and has called for the family to publicly state the true value of the actor’s personal fortune.
The Brokeback Mountain actor left all of his assets to parents Kim and Sally and older sister Kate, having filed his will in Australia in April 2003 - two years prior to birth of his daughter, Matilda, with then-girlfriend, actress Williams. Kim has since assured that both Williams and two-year-old Matilda will be financially “taken care of”, but Larry Williams wants to know exactly how much Heath was worth at the time of his death so that his girls are not cheated out of any money.
