It's one thing to say you'll try any sort of food, but another entirely to truly follow through on your promise. That's why, right before an eight-course gourmet bug tasting this week, I started bugging out over it. If I screamed when I saw insects in my apartment, how was I going to bring myself to eat them?

Its the time of year again where I need to make my yearly purchase of Avon's Skin So Soft Bug Guard. This stuff is awesome. They have about 4 or 5 different kinds now (lotion, pump spray, aerosol spray,) I used to get the dissapearing blue lotion that also has waterproof SPF 30, but my boys are very light skinned and I would sometimes miss a few spots and see blue spots on them.

So you're probably wondering why I call it the viking bug; that is because the fur and wings on this ugly bug reminds me of the heavy coats with fur trim the vikings would wear. This bug was on my screendoor and I used the zoom feature since I was not going near this thing. I filmed this last summer and it's so odd looking I had to post it.

Another use for Listerine - you can put some listerine in a spray
bottle and spray down like your deck and around your picnic
table, etc and it will keep mosquitos and other misc. bugs
away and lasts about 2 weeks. Cheaper than bug spray
and not toxic!

I'm not sure if this already came up in an earlier thread, but I've been meaning to post it since MySugar page launched and I noticed a polling bug.
How to recreate bug:
1. Customize a MySugar page.

If cleanliness is next to godliness, modern America is the land of the faithful -- fighting the good fight against today's so-called superbugs with sparkling countertops and well-washed hands.
Our culture's cleanliness obsession has been fed by a booming business in household products that promise the virtue of sterility. According to estimates by the Environmental Protection Agency, our antimicrobial crusade has us spending almost $1 billion annually on soaps and detergents, toys and cutting boards, bedsheets and toothbrushes, all of them treated with chemical compounds designed to kill the germs that cling to them.

Just like little Davie Banda, whose father was too poor to keep him but is still very much alive, Madonna has set her sites on a little Malawian girl who still has living family. Madonna has denied that a second adoption is in the works, but she said the same thing just before adopting David and her husband recently admitted it was a “possibility” that they would adopt again. This news was out two weeks ago, but photo agency Fame just published more family photos and news of Mercy, who is around two, today.

I live in a state where the sun is intense and West Nile prevalent. I would like to protect my baby. Our doctor said nothing before six months but I’ve been reading that while that’s true the incidence of skin cancer is greater and therefore the recommendation of six months is out the door.
