There’s all levels of crazy when it comes to actors. There’s a little kooky, then there’s the people that get a little too into character, the method actors, and finally the Britney Spears level of actually certifiable. Randy Quaid, brother of much more famous actor Dennis Quaid, is closer to the Britney Spears end of things.

I don't know if any of you ever look at ParentCenter online, but I do quite frequently. Recently I saw they have been doing some BETA testing and one of the new tools they have developed is a Behavior Problem Solver tool.
You pick an age and then a behavior you need help handling with your child and it brings back articles and suggestions.

Kevin Federline is going to have a lot more time to spend with his sons. Britney’s ex was supposed to head to Broadway in September to play three bit roles in the musical Legally Blonde. Instead he’s been dumped because of his demands, and there’s now a casting call to fill his parts.

Lily Allen is expressing remorse for a drunken night that required her brother help her home. In a blog entry on her official MySpace page posted Wednesday, Allen, 23, says she feels "awful" for being "very drunk" at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London.
"Last time I wrote here, I was defending my honor and dignity, explaining my innocence and also outrage at the press for insinuating my behavior was embarrassing," she wrote, referring to being criticized for topless photos.

Autism is a disorder of neural development that is characterized by impaired social interaction and communication, and by restricted and repetitive behavior. These signs all begin before a child is three years old. Autism involves many parts of the brain; how this occurs is not well understood.

So I go to the gym this afternoon and as soon as he walks in, I know I'm going to be annoyed. You know the type, looks like a tick about a pop, teeny tank top, wayyyyyyy too tan.... But, as always, I try to give him the benefit of the doubt, "Maybe he'll surprise me," I think.

In psychology, adjustment disorder (AD) is a classification of mental disorder that is a psychological response from an identifiable stressor or group of stressors that causes significant emotional or behavioral symptoms that does not meet criteria for more specific disorders. The condition is different from anxiety disorder which lacks the presence of a stressor, or post-traumatic stress disorder and acute stress disorder which usually are associated with a more intense stressor. Adjustment Disorders may also be acute or chronic, depending on whether it lasts more or less than six months.

Most of my life I've often wondered why Thanksgiving seemed to be for many families a trigger word for family dysfuction. Why individuals couldn't just let that disagreement with another family member go for one bloody day and enjoy some good food and conversation with more pleasant family members. I have to keep reminding my self that I'm pragmatic by nature and that is apparently unusual.

This year has been rough for my family. My parents decided to up and leave their California home to move across the country--after quitting their jobs and realizing their new home was not for them they moved back only to lose money, a house, and are jobless in this economy. Myself included in this brought me to live with them again as I was away at school until budget cuts ceased my opportunity to stay there.
