Nicole Richie is the latest celebrity to engage in the art of camera smashing. The petite 26 year-old mother was leaving a party at a NY club on Friday night when she jumped over a rope and threw a young tourist’s camera to the ground, shouting the phrase popularized by 1980 film The Elephant Man, “I am not an animal!”
Nicole Richie kicked off the diva fits at an after-party for Charlotte Ronson by grabbing a fan’s camera and smashing it to the ground. While Lindsay Lohan and Sam Ronson were celebrating at Country Club on West 14th Street with host Alan Philips of Sky Group, Richie left early at 11 p.m.

not sure exactly when it happened (the 1980s? earlier?), but at some point ripped clothing became cool. Whether it's torn stockings, ripped jeans, or now, shredded leggings, something about "accidental" holes in garments is edgy, and makes it look like you don't care.

Kelly Ripa got the proverbial slap in the head on live television this week when Priscilla Presley unleashed some nastiness in her direction during Live With Regis and Kelly. Regis Philbin was in the middle of the two women and looked like he wasn’t sure what to make of things.

Basically, when you buy music from iTunes, it comes with a copyright protection called DRM. These DRM-protected songs are locked so that they only work with Apple MP3 players. That means that if you bought a Microsoft Zune, you cannot use iTunes music.
