And she gets awesome discounts!!! This week they're getting 50% off including items already on sale. Their regular discount is 25%, she will also get a makeover (hair and makeup) by one of their stylists for her "Graduation" (when she officially becomes an employee), on top of the usual benefits. Plus the atmosphere is super nice and she doesn't have to wake up early because they open at 10am!

I am seriously thinking about getting a job there for a month maybe just to shop my salary off LOL... They have so many cute thingies...

Here's the dilemma: For my wedding *yes, it was two years ago* we got TONS of silverware. In fact, we had so many extra sets that we returned a lot of them and now have a gift certificate to Dillards (since they only give store credit). I've used up part of it but still have $100 left.

I wanted to see what you Kitchen Godesses would buy for $100 at Dillards.

Here are some things I'm eying:

All Clad Stainless Steel Grill Pan We live in apt and don't have a grill. I miss being able to grill up a piece of chicken!
A Wusthof Santoku knife (I already have a set of Wusthof, and love them)
A Le Creuset Cast Iron Skillet
A Kitchenaid Food Grinder attachment
A KitchenAid slicer/shredder Attachment
Calphalon Cast Iron Skillet (it's $45 cheaper than Le Creuset, but it's nonstick, which I don't really like too much)
Le Creuset Teakettle
A set of Mikasa beer glasses (we currently don't own any beer glasses)
Or should I get this cheaper "Emerilware" cast iron skillet and buy other things too?

I have this ombre dress that is fabulous - but it's really not work appropriate. It's really lowcut and has thin thin straps. So today I decided, what the heck, and went with good ole Tim Gunn's advice - Make it Work! I put a cute sweater over the dress and ta-da, ready for work!
