It's a pig party! Now we've seen cute little oinkers here, before but the latest pet craze over in the UK are micropigs, bred down from a mixture of the miniature potbellied pig, Tamworth, Kune Kune, and Gloucester Old Spot varieties. Fanciers say they can be easily litter-box trained, grow equivalent to a medium-sized dog (45-60 pounds), and are fine for allergy sufferers since they have hair not fur.

Patience is surely this pup's virtue — look how unfazed Chi Chi is by baby feet all up in his face. I don't think the pooch is really being "abused," but I'm stunned by his sloppy-kiss response to the toesies on his head. If nothing else, here's another example of why parents shouldn't let babies and puppies play unsupervised, since many dogs would not be so .

My lil boy will open a present on command but I can't see him digging into a box! I'm totally impressed by the chompers on this Boston:
Would your pups (or cats!) dive in teeth or claws first and act as your furry package and letter openers, too?

As the saying goes, "curiosity killed the cat," but fortunately for this kitty, it's not the rule. Three-year-old (and appropriately named) Lucky squeezed through his owner's open widow last month, and after teetering on the edge of the outside window ledge, fell 26 stories and walked away (literally) with only minor injuries.
We already know that falling is one of the top 10 ways that pets break bones, but lucky Lucky must have bones of steel!

I was pretty anxious to sneak a peek at Oprah's new pup, and was so jealous of my mom, who got to catch Sadie's national debut on East Coast time. Well, everyone, her cuteness is well worth the wait. Although the pooch was named Amanda in the shelter, Oprah's calling her new Cocker Spaniel Sadie.

I've always wondered how animal trainers safely get pets to act as we see them on-screen – especially when what they're doing looks dangerous! Why am I not that surprised to see what the key variable is?! Find out for yourself in this exclusive behind-the-scenes clip from the making of Beethoven's Big Break (coming out on DVD on Dec.

Remember those political toys of "Bark Obama" and "John McCanine"? Well, before I voted, I decided to let North cast his ballot at home. Watch this video and tell me which toy he preferred.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so I wanna hear it from you: do you think this bulbous-headed snub fin dolphin is properly called the "world's ugliest dolphin?"
At first glance, it made me think of a victim of a Looney Tunes random act of violence where an animal gets somehow smushed up but still lives to go on. What do you think about the species?
