"Boston Terror" Chronicles: North vs. Sushi!

Not real sushi, but adoro impostors in the shape of Uni, Inside-Out Rolls, and more from Sushi Pups! The toys come separately ($7 and up) or in combos - I think this takeout set would make a great gift for a sushi-loving pet owner. I captured the pictures below of North devouring and nursing his Tamago in the hallway and, as I'm finishing up this post, I can hear his claws on the hardwood as he tries to get a good grip . . . he's sooo into it. I peeked over and his chompers haven't even totally killed it yet! Yum!

Sushi: Pet of the Week

Oh hai, Sushi – this pup may be the result of an "accident," but I don't see how any accident could be this adoro! The cutie pooch is half Corgi and half miniature American Eskimo, which means she's got that fluffy eskimo coat and those wee lil legs of a Corgi. Even though the dog's mix can be best shortened to a corgimo, her owner's sister (our very own sabs) likes to call her a skunkimo . . . probably for that white stripe down the center of her head.

Sushi also inherited some of the herding dog genes and enjoys running circles around each person to round them up – awww, she can run circles around me any day!

Rocker Pets: The Rockin' Cat

I hope you didn't think that rockin' out was reserved only for the dogs, or that I forgot about the kitties in the house! After going through the inventory at The Punky Pup, I knew I had to find some slick items just for our feline friends. Surprisingly, The Sophisticated Cat carries a ton of rock and roll-inspired items just for cats – with a name like that I would have never guessed! One of my fave items is this Studded Food Bowl ($30) that reminds me of something a rock star would demand on their tour bus, or on a long list of backstage needs. Bottled water, sushi, studded bowl.
