The event encourages pet owners to shoot short flicks showing how they share their lives with furry friends and then screens – and awards – several of these <a href="http://www.nsalamerica.org/gala/winners.html#" target="_blank">mini movies</a> in categories like "Best Tail-Waggin Comedy," "Best Dogumentary," and more.
