Famke and Licorice's Big Bike Adventure in the Big Apple

Well hello there, Licky, how I've missed you! The now-8-year-old pooch tried out a different fitness routine - biking. There's been some recent news out in California about banning even recreational cyclists from ~~walking~~ running dogs due to the dangers presented to nearby pedestrians, but this pup seems to be in the clear for people territory.

Personally, I haven't ridden a bike since undergrad (save a couple vacation afternoons) and know my crazy yet scaredy cat pooch would not be too fond of running alongside something like this, even if I wanted to test it out. Have you ever tried this fitness routine, either for a quick trip or a lengthy excursion? Famke and Licorice Brave the Cold (NY)City Streets

Times, check. Caffeine, check. Super cute dog, check. It must be chilly in Manhattan cause lil Liccy has his fave jumpsuit all ready to go. Despite the fact that my pup would probably soil that ensemble, it's sweet of Famke to bundle her Boston up 'cause I know how heat (and cold) sensitive those smooshies can be!

It's clear she loves her lil man whether they're showing off their acting chops together or just driving around town, it's great to see celebrities out with their dogs just like us! Well, minus the paparazzi that is . . .

Super-Cute Video: Dogs and the Women Who Love Them (featuring Famke Janssen and Licorice!)

With a name like Puppy Love, what's not to like? The scripted anthology of 10 short films discusses dog lovers and the people who love them . . . or in this case, don't love them so much. The first film features "Maya" (Famke Janssen) and her cutie pie we recognize as Licorice (playing a pooch named "Owen") – plus very vocal friends sharing opinions on just what's coming between her and her relationships with men.

Eeks! Now I've been called pet-obsessed by many – hello, it's my job! – so I can relate to this feeble defense and adoration for the handsome smooshy. I can't wait to see what's up next!

OK, I admit it, I am officially obsessed. Don't get me wrong, I loooooooooove lil Licorice. BUT, do you recognize that tote bag? (Hint: it was one of my March Must-Haves.) It's Luna! Looks like Famke Janssen also decided she must have this cute tote, and I couldn't agree more. In addition to the classic design seen here, onetensullivan sells a couple other Luna-rrific items, too. Smooches to Licorice and Luna!

Licorice, Will You Be North's BFF?

Hold on tight, Licorice! This pup weighs no more than 20 pounds and, sitting up that high, I'll bet he has his very own car seat. Although I love seeing my fave celebripup go for a ride with mom, Famke Janssen, I'm hoping that her passenger-side airbag is disabled because it's a dangerous place to put any lil one. I am rather biased towards smooshies - and Bostons in particular, obvs - so I think lil Licorice would be a great pal for my boy, North. This fella's always so well behaved that my naughty rascal could surely learn a lesson or two! Follow Famke's Lead For Licorice After a Long Flight

Coast to coast, Famke Janssen always seems to have little Liccy by her side. She brings her smooshy right on board the plane in his Sherpa carrier – is this brand one of your faves, too?

If you're flying with your pet either under your seat or in cargo, make sure you take him out for a potty break as soon as you arrive – he's been holding it for a long time! Find a patch of grass and have bags on the ready to ensure you leave no trace of the poop, I mean pit, stop. See more pictures of Licorice sniffing his way around LAX below.
