May 11 2009 - 6:00am The weather outside is no longer frightful, and most of us have freshened up our dinner menus with
Summer salads, BBQ and seasonal veggies. If you don't want to just give your dog a bone, whip him up a meal that's decidedly more delicious than his usual bowl of kibble. Here are some of my favorite recipes for doggie vittles for inspiration.

I loved the pet recipes, especially the Rachel Ray Gus-tini recipe! Pet food recipes are not easy to find but they are always high in demand.

2Since you didn't see fit to post my first post, could you PLEASE, research this more and determine for yourself, just how dangerous these "recipes" are. The information is not hard to find and for a site who promotes responsible pet health care, I'd think you'd want to present health information, not tv hype information. These "recipes", contain huge amounts of fat in every single recipe, they contain onion and garlic, which we all know are toxic to dogs, they contain spices that are unecessary and unwarranted in dog food, and they contain meats and other products, not only extremely high in fat, but which many dogs cannot tolerate. Likewise, all the "grains", pastas, breads, large number of eggs, and a host of other ingredients, these recipes are a disaster for unbalanced nutrition, as well as toxic ingredients and potential for serious harm by fats and added weights.
Again, if you truly care about pets' well-being, you wouldn't be promoting these "recipes" for dogs. NO vet would ever recommend them, and NO vet would approve. Is promoting Rachel Ray more important to you than promoting sound, nutrition for pets?!
