RIP, Chanel: The World's Oldest Dog Passes Away
I've got some more sad news to announce: People Pets is reporting that the world's oldest pooch passed away on Aug. 28. The Wirehaired Dachshund named Chanel celebrated her 21st birthday — 147 in dog years!
