It's never been easier to parlay a great blog into a movie deal, or in the case of Zak George, flip a YouTube hit into a pet-tastic TV show. At this year's TCAs (a massive television conference happening right now in LA), Animal Planet introduced us to their new show called SuperFetch, which is hosted by extreme dog trainer Zak George. Apparently, Zak can teach your dog any trick and is taking his show on the road to prove it.

I don't normally listen to NPR, but I caught a story the other day about animals that dance and just couldn't turn it off. In conjunction with the radio program, they put together a video on their website where I could see some of the animals that were featured on the show. One of the amazing dancing animals was a white cockatoo named Snowball.

Fuku's totally ready for her time in the spotlight, provided it's a heated one. This smooshy can't seem to get close enough to the space heater – props to her owners for putting a protective gate up – and it's so cute to watch her bask in the hotness.
The bulldog stars in a series of adoro YouTube videos snacking, sleeping, and more.

I'll definitely tune in to see my new BFF try to keep order with those cute puppies, but I plan to pay extra attention to North's reaction at home. Who knew there were so many of us with pets that like to watch this show?! Check out a clip from a pooch claiming to be "Puppy Bowl's No.

At first recollection of those massive dogs from Gossip Girl, I immediately thought of Irish Wolfhounds. But, when reading the comments on Buzz's show recap, someone mentioned the Scottish Deerhound. What a rare breed indeed – at one point, no one ranked below an earl could own one – which would make it an appropriately elitist choice for the Archibald family.

I always know where North is in the apartment by the squeaking of his favorite toys. Although they don't provide much entertainment for me, he seems to be perfectly content to munch on them all day. So, when I saw these crazy doggie toys on InventorSpot, with the giggle-inducing smiles on the front, I knew I had to have them.

Even though the pooches of the Toy group were bred to be companions for people, many times they resemble their larger cousins (like the Toy and Standard Poodles) and have a lot of energy in those little packages! Of the pups competing this year, those were our top four. Any predictions on who captured the title?
