This being All Hallows' Eve, I thought it would be fun to round up the creepy, spooky, and scary animals of the planet. Not only will some of these make your skin crawl, but I don't think I'd want to meet any of them in a dark alley if you know what I mean! Check out the creepiest animals ever in this slideshow.

Growing up alongside a furry friend makes her just like family, and it's never easy to lose a pet. When the latest episode of the Bravo reality show, NYC Prep (don't judge me!), shows one household lose their beloved 11-year-old dog, my heart went out to 16-year-old Kelli who had grown up alongside the fluffy pup.
It had been mentioned earlier that Lily was on a treatment including steroids and acupuncture with two herniated discs, and they later host a pet funeral at a pet cemetery in Long Island.

I came across these Log Bowls as I was cruising Craftzine the other day, and drooling (from me, not North) quickly commenced. Although I wouldn't pass up the chance to see these in my cupboard, I had a grand idea on how to talk myself into buying a few: use them as doggie bowls instead!
Since these are all handmade from local trees, then artfully put together with a glass bowl by skilled craftsmen, I'm guessing the price for a whole set is pretty steep.

We've all been there. It's the pal's pet whose bad odor we pretend to ignore. It's the new boyfriend's cat that makes you sneeze.

Yup, that's the real name of this adoro puppy who it literally pains me to look at. Seriously though, Savvy must think I'm ill from my gasps and moans over here.
I've got a soft spot for all baby animals, and this lil guy happened to pop out smaller than his siblings in Scotland.

Doesn't this man (and stuffed dog) look proud? Especially with the fake poopy prop as a demonstration of how this self-cleaning pooch potty works.
Today marks the opening day of the 36th International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva, Switzerland, where more than 710 exhibitors from 45 countries come to present their innovative creations.

North and I have never been Down Under but, if we ever make it there, the new PawPaws Urban Retreat is first on our list. The grand-opening (complete with a green carpet) welcomed pampered pals and their people to a three-floor hotel for dogs in Sydney.
Not only do the services sound pretty sweet (doggie detox!) – and the design looks impeccable – but the location includes a rooftop playground and spa with nannies, chauffeurs, and even a concierge to make sure your lil one is well-taken care of in your absence.
