We know preppy pets rock collar charms, but what are you thinking about puttin' on these tiny dancing shoes? Even though I'm fairly certain it's meant as your accessory, Kelly Osbourne recently showed up with this on her dog's collar. Since the Juicy Couture clip also comes with the people price tag of $50, would you be keeping this one for yourself instead?

Although not our favorite new puppy of '08, here's that baby Shiba Inu we've spotted with Kelly Osbourne in recent months. While I'm happy to see any pup, it's not the first time I've spotted a celebrity pet in the arms of an owner . . . with no leash in sight.Even though I'm one to scoop North up if I see something unsavory in our path, I don't think I'm brave enough to leave the house with him in my arms and no leash snapped on for security. Nevermind that this dog will soon be too big for such choices, but would you ever do like Kelly Osbourne does here?

From rescued dogs to new puppies, several celebs added pets to their families this year! I've compiled my top 10 list . . . and now it's up to you to crown one Puppy of this Year! Last year, it was cutie pie Charlie, but take a look at the furry faces and celebrity names (shown left to right) and make your selection for the Best of 2008!

Found! Kelly Osbourne Loves Gooby, Mascot, and Sporky

Attention, attention, new puppy alert! Kelly Osbourne has been spotted over the last couple weeks with this lil furball! The Shiba Inu already has her (his?) wings taking plane trips with mom. Looks like Kelly wasted no time in getting this pup the coolest gear. What products did they travel with? Find out below.

Even though temperatures don't drop that much in LA, the Gooby Winter Freedom Harness ($30) is a snuggly alternative to traditional reins made of synthetic deer skin and lined with faux fur for an off-to-the-mountains look.
Then there's no matchy matchy necessary here as the pup also sports a Mascot Old School Repp Lead ($42) in one of six preppy color combos.
Lastly, she adds a pink piggy to the leash. While Sporky ($15) may appear to be a poop bag holder to an untrained eye, it's actually a dispenser for wet wipes, great for keeping fingers (and paws) clean on the plane.

Kelly O looked impossibly adorable braving the cold with her pug in London over the weekend. I'm not usually one for dressing up pets (other than special circumstances, obvs), but it looks like the little fawn baby needs her hoodie because it's so yucky out! Being a pug owner and a general pet person myself, this can't help but get me excited for PetSugar, coming later this month! Until then do tell - how do you feel about dressing animals up in outfits? The Results Are in: Best Twinsies

Although one can't be too certain whether these people resemble their pets, or these pets resemble their people; either way, these duos were doubly cute this year. As part of the Best of 2007 polls, I chose six celebs and their six pooches to face off in a cuteness duo. And the winner of the PetSugar readers' choice for best twinsies is . . .

Kelly Osbourne and her pug, Prudence! Perhaps it was the matching hoodies, and matching expressions that caused these two to get 29 percent of the votes - but they do match each other nicely. The somber-looking pair had some tough competition with Nicole Richie and Foxxy Cleopatra coming in close behind (bringing in 28 percent) and Drew Barrymore and Flossie rounding up third (with 22 percent).
