Pet Pic of the Day: Barney Can Play Fetch Too!

The reason I say Barney can play fetch too is because he can do other things besides be totally cute. His last Pet Pic appearance just absolutely melted my heart . . . and a few of my Sugar office mates' as well.

Congrats to Barney and gwen4444 for being chosen as our Pet Pic of the Day! Don't forget to submit your favorite photos to our Pet Pics group for a chance to see your furry pals on the pages of PetSugar! Need some help getting started? I'll tell you how to upload your pics when you read more.

I know this looks like a lot of steps, but once you get the hang of it, it's a breeze!

First of all, join the Pet Pics group.
Click the pink "Share" menu on the top left side of the page.
Choose "Photos" and “Upload Photos."
Give your Gallery a “Title.”
Fill in the “Body” with details about your pet.
Click “Groups and Privacy" just below the "Search Title" box.
Choose the audience for your story to “Pet Pics!” in the dropdown menu.
Change channel to “Pets.”
Fill in tag field with relevant tags.
Don't forget to include your pet's name!
Click “I’m done” to submit content.

So join the Pet Pics group and share photos of your adorable pets! Yours just might end up on the PetSugar homepage.

Amanda's Cav Cutie Charlie Always Has Bags on Board

Charlie's still leading Amanda Bynes on all sorts of adventures – the duo was spotted over the weekend leaving a Beverly Hills salon. Amanda's sporting a nice blowout . . . and her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel looks pretty spiffy, too!At first glance, I thought this was the same Bags on Board carrier he sported at the Peninsula, but it's totally different (see the silvery details). Now the Flexi Comfort leash includes a similar hydrant-style – but with this spring clasp so, when she rotates between her pooch's many leashes, she can bring the dispenser, too. Perfect. Do you keep your dog's waste bag holder permanently attached to one leash, not connected at all, or switch it up like Amanda does? Share in your comments below!

In just one week's time, the Sex and the City movie hits theatres! We've got coverage across the network from fitness and techie trivia from the series to tons of Sex and the City style. So, I've decided not to let my Sugar pals have all the fun when I spotted this photo taken from the upcoming film. Hmmm, now I recognize Charlotte and her cutie pie cav, Elizabeth Taylor, but who are these other two pooches?! Anyone have any guesses 'cause I'd love to hear them in your comments below.

Found! Charlie's Chic (and Cheap!) Carrier

In case you were worried, Charlie is still as cute as ever as he grows out of puppyhood! We've spotted cross country travelers, Amanda Bynes and her ever growing cav, visiting LA last month and checking out NYC this week. While Amanda likes to cuddle the dog close, she still brings along a chic carrier for the road. Her faux alligator Jazzy by Sherpa Park Avenue Tote comes in two sizes for pets up to 10 pounds or up to 16 pounds. Although the small and large bags typically cost between $90 and $100, both are on sale until Feb. 18 for $79.97. New Puppy Alert! Amanda Bynes

Hooray for the pitter-pattering of little paws – could this teensy pup be a new addition to the family? Amanda Bynes was spotted yesterday at L.A.'s Studio 59 with this adorable tricolor Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I know she already has a Blenheim (chestnut red and white) Cavalier, so I wonder if she picked up this (from what I can tell) fella to accompany her dog, Midge?!
