Do Tell: Have You Ever Impulsively Purchased a Pet?
I've got a good pal in NYC who, after wanting a dog for several years, finally committed upon spotting a box of abandoned puppies at a local market. Even seeing shelter kittens on cages streetside on sunny days or finding fishy faces at a pet store, I would often wish I could take one home.
Similarly, during a trip to the California Pet Center near Calabasas on Wednesday, Britney Spears went in to pick up some dog food .

I'm not even gonna get started on Ms. Brit as a mother (to child or other creature), but she certainly seems to love toting her latest baby around town these days. Even if I don't dress up my pup that often, I love to know what styles celebrities choose for their furry friends.

Britney Spears was in a great mood yesterday in her favorite pink wig at a gas station in Malibu. For the most part it was a usual day of driving, coffee and bailing on casting calls. This time the hopeful dancers at Millennium Dance Studio were able to audition but they did not get to meet Ms Brit.

Britney brought her second favorite accessory, puppy London (first being any brown boots, naturally), into Ride Aid on Saturday night to grab some cosmetics. Hopefully she's been reading Bella's Doing Drugstore series so she knows what to grab from the Aid. She was more covered up than she has been in a while (ever?), but you can't blame a girl for going with the sweats for a drugstore run.

Britney pranced around town in a number of revealing shirts (and that pink wig again) this weekend, usually accompanied by her new puppy, London. If there's one thing she's not ashamed to show off, it's that famous midriff of hers. While it may not be exactly in year 2000 shape, she's obviously been working hard to get it back.
Britney Still Roams While Kev Keeps it Together for Kids
As Britney's situation becomes more and more shaky, the unlikely hero (that might be a stretch, I admit) in this saga seems to be Kevin Federline. Up until yesterday, he's been staying quiet during this ongoing ordeal, sparking bizarre feelings in myself that perhaps he's not only a decent guy, but a healthy influence on Britney. Yesterday afternoon while Britney was herself meeting with legal counsel, Kevin asked an LA judge for an emergency hearing regarding the custody of their two children who are rumored to be under the care of her mother.
