Apparently Rooney attends the event every year and claims he's "never met a bad dog at the show," even though he can't always identify the breeds. I couldn't help but giggle at the visual of him checking out the cute doggies. Or maybe it was just the juxtaposition of a grumpy old man next to pretty pups. Either way, watch the video for a sneak peek at some of the dogs that didn't make it into <a href="http://www.petsugar.com/tag/2008+Westminster+Dog+Show" >the winning rounds</a>.
