We asked you who your favorite male and female chefs were, and now it's time to reveal the winners! Although the votes were very close, the flamboyant spiky-haired Anne Burrell beat out Italian cooking queen Giada de Laurentiis by one percent!

Her scrumptious recipes (like clams oreganata and spaghetti with meatballs) and her helpful, but unpretentious way of giving cooking advice make us huge fans of Anne Burrell as well. With a second season of Worst Cooks in America and a cookbook on the way, 2011's sure to be a great year for Burrell!

Wow, this was a super close race with those two newly baptized, giant panda twinsies from Madrid and the lil stinkers skunks neck and neck for the number two spots.

It was another tough year as many celebrities lost pets, and even a famed soccer score-predicting wild animal passed away! The votes have been tallied and Cesar Millan's pit bull Daddy (who died back in February) was your choice.

A beloved pet since he was four months old — and a frequent guest on The Dog Whisperer and four-legged ambassador for Pit Bulls worldwide — the 16-year-old pooch was surrounded by his family at his time of death. Rest in peace!

Shrek the hairless wombat had a greenish tint and major fur loss when he was rescued in Australia. Now treated for a fungal condition, he still has about a year until he's released back into the Australian bush. He'll have a full head of hair to add to that beady-eyed cuteness in no time!

I love baby animals (no matter the time of year), and it was too tough for me to name the cutest for 2010 so I left it up to the PetSugar readers. You have spoken, and the big winner is this blossoming Lily, a white tiger that's a total ham!
