PetSugar: When did you get your pet and what's his breed?
Samantha: We got Quincy on August 22, 2010 and his birthday is June 17, 2010. He is a male German Shepherd.

PetSugar: What's your daily pet routine?
Samantha: Early morning: Potty
Morning: Breakfast, potty, and play or a walk
Afternoon: Crate-time and relaxing, some play-time, and several potty breaks
Evening: Dinner, potty, a walk, then bedtime

PetSugar: When did you get your cats and what are their breeds?
Adrienne: Alice is a long-haired tabby. I rescued her from a shelter two days before Christmas about 4 years ago.  Sirius is a short-haired tuxedo manx I bought on a crazy whim from a mall pet store. Best purchase of my life.

PetSugar: What's your daily cat routine?
Adrienne: As soon as I wake up, it's food time. They are already nesting on my bed staring and waiting for me to wake up. They eat different food, so it's always a chore to make sure they don't swap.  Since I work all day, I don't get to see them much until I come home and they follow me from room to room.  Sirius has to perch on the edge of the tub while I shower and even sits on the toilet seat and watches me brush my teeth. We think he has an Oedipus complex.

PetSugar: When did you get your dog and what's her breed?

mieko14: We met Lily in November of 1998 and instantly fell in love with her, so she came home with us that very day. She was part of a litter of six Parson Russell puppies, and as soon as we saw her little fuzzy eyebrows, we were smitten.

PetSugar: What's your daily doggie routine?

mieko14: Lily is now nearing 12, so while she still has the occasional terrier energy streak, she spends much of her time leading the life of leisure and enjoying her golden years. She goes on a morning walk with my husband, wolfs down a quick breakfast, sunbathes on the deck in the morning, naps on "her" guest bedroom bed in the afternoon, and takes a walk with me in the evening after work before dinner. Then we veg in front of the TV.

PetSugar: What's your dog’s favorite food, pastime, and treat?

mieko14: Lily attempts to enjoy just about anything you put in front of her (edible or inedible). But she especially loves Spam, bacon, chorizo, and other processed meats (offered sparingly). Outside of sunbathing, her favorite pastime when she’s feeling spunky is to whip her knotted rope toy around her head like she is breaking the neck of a small animal.

The minute I got a glimpse of this furry lil face, I wanted to know more about the pooch! Reader ann418 shares a lil more about the dog below.

PetSugar: When did you get your dog and what is her breed?
ann418: We got her in May when she was six weeks old. She smiled at us and we fell in love. She is a ShibaMo (part Shiba Inu, part American Eskimo)

PetSugar: What's your daily dog routine?
ann418: She sleeps in! Molly won't come out of her kennel until at least 10:00AM. Then she eats, chases the cats, takes a nap, and repeats.

Aaron: Wake up early for walk and breakfast. Then mid-morning nap. Maybe some barking and running around. A little playing. Some belly scratching. More napping. Dinner, playtime, more barking then off to bed.

Aaron: Rolling on her back to get her belly rubbed!

PetSugar: What was your all-time favorite moment with your pet?
Aaron: Cuddling with her when she was a big fur ball as a puppy.

PetSugar: When did you get your dog and what's his breed?
juliex0x0: We got Beau on Aug. 1, 2010 when he was only 11 weeks old. He is a purebred French Bulldog.

PS: What's your daily pet routine?
juliex0x0: Wake up around 7am, quick walk outside, eat, sleep, play, sleep, eat, play, sleep, play, sleep, eat, play, sleep! Since he is still a baby he sleeps a LOT

I may be biased, but how adorable is this smooshy and his oversized ears?! Proud mom Robin shares details all about this cute pup, so learn how he got his name and how he makes her laugh in the latest Pet Profile!

PetSugar: When did you get your dog and what's his breed?
Robin: My husband actually saw Sequoia at a pet store, of all places! We had been talking about getting me a dog since my husband was deploying in May 2010, and I mentioned that I really liked Boston Terriers. I was sitting at work on April 12, 2010, and I got a picture text from my husband of him holding this adorable Boston Terrier. He picked me up from work so I could meet the pup, and I decided he would be a good little friend to have! Sequoia is named after the restaurant/bar where my husband and I met in 2007.

PS: What's your daily pet routine?
Robin: I wake up around 6 a.m. and we immediately go outside for potty time. After that, it's breakfast followed by some cuddling. Sequoia loves to curl up next to me on the couch while I drink my coffee in the morning. Since I don't have to work in the summer, we spend a lot of time together. Mornings usually involve some playing tug-of-war and napping. The afternoons are more of the same; he's a 6-month-old pup so he needs a lot of sleep! Around 4 p.m. we go for a walk around the neighborhood and then dinner follows around 4:30. The rest of the day is interspersed with playtime involving tug-of-war and fetch. Sequoia is usually konked out on the couch next to me by 7 p.m., but his "real" bedtime is around 10 p.m.

Always willing to lend a helping paw to PetSugar, I was happy to learn more about one of my favorite smooshies! FabSugar tells tales of her sweet Frenchie Annabelle, AB for short, in our latest Pet Profile. FabSugar: February of '06, AB was seven months, French Bulldog.

PetSugar: What's your daily doggie routine?

FabSugar: AM walk with mom, AM nap, afternoon walk with her doggie posse, afternoon nap, evening activities; either chill out with me, come with me to exercise class, sit in the car while I go out to dinner with friends — I try to take her with me as much as possible since she’s home alone all day. PM walk with mom, snore-fest begins . . . The weekends are all about AB and meeting up with her doggie friends, going to the park or beach, playing at her grandparents' house with best friend pug, Stryder, strolling through SF neighborhoods . . .

PetSugar: When did you get your dog and what's her breed?
Ellenora: We adopted Zena June 24, 2007, two weeks after my Jack Russell/Rat Terrier, Kimo, died of congestive heart failure. We saw her photo on the Internet a few days after Kimo's death and knew Kimo led us to her. She's 78.9% Decker Terrier and 21.1% Rat Terrier. Since I get so many questions about her and she's commonly mistaken as a Basenji, I created a FAQ page on my OnSugar blog covering her breed and general questions.

PetSugar: What's your daily doggie routine?
Ellenora: Zena lives a life of luxury. Decker Terriers and Rat Terriers have the standard terrier personality with a twist--they tend to nap A LOT. She's a bit like a EKG reading. She flatlines (i.e. sleeps) most of the day and has occasional bursts of energy. She even sleeps when she's sunbathing! I take her out on a 20-30 minute walk when the weather is nice. Midwestern winters are notoriously brutal and Zena's as big of a cold wimp as the rest of the family!
