Finding a rental spot that will be just as happy to welcome your furry friend as you are to have him live with you can be tough! Allow extra time for your apartment search and expect to pay a special deposit most of the time. It helps your case to create a dossier for your pet so see what goes inside and start this slideshow.

This holiday season, say
hairy Merry Christmas with some adorable seasonal stationery starring some of your favorite furry companions. If you don't have the time this year to send a photo greeting to your loved ones, don't fret, I'm throwing you a bone! I've rounded up some of my favorite pet-centric Christmas cards from Etsy that are perfect for sending or gifting to your best furball-loving friend.
When I'm bringing my dog along for an errand, I often scoop him up before we go into a store. It's a habit from our time in NYC where people do tote (read: sneak) their dogs in just about anywhere, and I continue it even if I see other leashed dogs walking around mostly for my own peace of mind that he's less noticeable that way.If you have a pup that is small enough to be carried (or hidden in a bag), do you think that lifting those paws off the ground makes any difference than walking him in on all fours?

I always take note of things I spot with a smooshy up front, but I rarely purchase them (unless I'm in a gas station in Florida). Still, I'm happily surprised to find several items that I'd be proud to pick up or get as a present. Naturally, as my lil North is a Boston Terrier, this I Can't Get Enough gifting series will kick off with his breed. A lil something for everyone, hopefully my pals can take a hint (wink wink).
Fans of the Japanese label A Bathing Ape will recognize these products for a trademark camouflage design. As it turns out, the brand will launch a pet collection called Dog Store on Nov. 10, and here's a sneak peek at the items, ranging from toys to tees with a touch of red and navy to pop on the military print. I think North would look super cute in that bandana, but are you a fan of these products for your pets?
I can't imagine why this dog seems so sad — look at all those presents! I've already shared one gift guide idea but there are plenty more to come. Before we dive right in to shopping, let's talk common cents and dollars.
I love a cool shirt and these have a cool cause, too. Much More Than Me supports October's Adopt a Shelter Dog Month and aims to remind people about all the shelter dogs needing homes and the importance of rescuing these pups. Messages with furry-faced reminders are printed on each tee so you can even educate others with your own fashion choices.Twenty-five percent of shirt sales go directly to shelters and rescues nationwide. In fact, you can choose the organization yourself when purchasing. How cool is that? See some of my favorite designs in the widget below.
