I loved hearing about Lilly Lou the dog and her adopted kittens, dubbed "pittens" (for puppy/kittens) so when Citizen told me about more cross-species caretaking, I couldn't wait to check it out. Ever giving mom, Echo, nurses her six new golden pups, in addition to six orphaned cats as well – I think it's even more heartwarming than the last story!

See that tiny lil pooch in front on the right? That's Holly when she was just a pup! This lovely golden is our TGIF POTD! She enjoys games of fetch the ball . . . often followed by a game of chase to get the ball back. Her dream vacation would include a stop at the rawhide bone factory, a sandpit for digging, and a snowy place to frolic.
