There's no denying that Boo is the cutest dog around. With a new book coming out this Spring filled with adorable pictures of Boo and the letters of the alphabet, I had the chance to chat with the lucky lady that gets to take the supercute pictures of our favorite dog. Along with photographing Boo, Gretchen LeMaistre has also taken pictures of other pets and celebrities at her studio. Click through for special shots of Boo and a few helpful tips from Gretchen for capturing great pet portraits.
We swoon over his Facebook snaps and photo shoots, but it isn't often that we get to see the "world's cutest dog" in live action! Thankfully, the folks over at Chronicle Books have put together a cheerfully fun holiday video featuring everyone's favorite Pomeranian, Boo, and his cute-as-can-be companion Buddy as they give us some insight into their holiday wish lists. Take a gander, and let us know if their picks match your pup's list for Santa!
Just when you were afraid that the world was tapped out on adorable photos of the world's cutest dog, happy little Pomeranian Boo has released his second book, Boo: Little Dog in the Big City. In his second volume, Boo and his pal Buddy show us how city living is done, making friends, shopping, beach-going, and living the high life. If you've missed his comings and goings on Facebook, then we've rounded up some of his cutest moments of the past few months. Also make sure to get your paws on his latest book!
This year saw celebri-dog Boo continue his campaign for world cute-tification: he's an Internet sensation with more than 2.5 million Facebook fans, the subject of an Amazon best-selling book, and a calendar pinup model. Clearly, he's a pup of many (adorable) faces, so as the year draws to a close, we thought we would take a look back at his most memorable moments of cuteness.
Between Boo, Beast, Luna, Maru, and Giggy, there is some ruff competition for who's the top pet Internet sensation. From box-obsessed Maru to fashionable Luna to Mark Zuckerberg's Beast and Pomeranians Boo and Giggy, to make it as top dog (or cat) it's not enough to be an adorable furball, you gotta have style and social media skills to boot! Click through this slideshow of our favorite pet celebs and then tell us who's your pick!
People are going crazy for Boo, the absurdly adorable Pomeranian who has more than 871,000 fans on Facebook. Now, the Bay Area has another little guy who could be just as popular. Meet Louis Vuitton, a teddy bear Pomeranian decked out in fabulous accoutrements. When I ran into him, he was sporting a Juicy Couture sweater and these crystal-adorned Doggles — which, his owner informed me, he almost always wears. Here's the kicker: Louis Vuitton knows Boo in real life, which tickles me to no end. Though wee Mr. Vuitton has a small fanbase right now, he's bound to appeal to fashion plates who love over-the-top canine couture. Plus, come on, he's just plain cute.
Following in the footsteps (in this case, paw prints) of a furrier web sensation, Heidi the cross-eyed opossum is the latest, loveable animal to capture our hearts. With over 300,000 Facebook fans and a YouTube song, it’s no secret that this marsupial is a pro at looking cute, but can she master the art of prediction?
Taking cues from the late Paul, the psychic octopus, Heidi will (like many of us) attempt to predict the Oscars. She will make her selections on the Jimmy Kimmel Show Feb. 27. Will you be tuning into Heidi’s predictions?
Unless you live under a rock, you've probably seen Boo the
stuffed-animal Pomeranian-turned-Facebook-sensation before (maybe even on CNN?). With more than 800,000 Facebook fans, he is über-popular and unmistakably adorable, but are you over the furball frenzy? Click through the slideshow of Boo's cutest pics and tell me at the end how you feel about the lil guy.
Oh, Boo, you silly villain! If you're gonna take the cheese, you shoulda thought to hide it . . . or gobble it down right away. Luckily this cute smooshy seemed more interested in holding the hunk in her mouth and I'm betting Boo's owner snatched it away after the cameras stopped rolling!
