For a mere $3,000, the custom-made castle holds a twin mattress in the loft and either a twin or full one on the bottom. Both a nightstand and a bookcase are built into it and a matching dresser can be purchased separately.

I'm always amazed by the creativity that comes out of pet lovers, and how they are able to incorporate their pets into all aspects of their lives! Take this insanely smart DIY Charging Station made by a ModernCat reader that was recently featured on the site. Not only is it a charging station for all of her gadgets (iPod, phone, camera, whatever), but it has a drawer for her owner's manuals (do people really keep those?), a laptop cozy, and most importantly, there's even a place for her cat!

I can't tell you how many beds North has gone through in his six years. I have stopped counting. He has grown out of them, they got dirty past the point of cleaning, or he just stopped sleeping on them (which I assume means they are uncomfortable). Now that he has a pretty nice ergonomic bed, he seems content, but since I can't splurge on a posturepedic model, the SnoozAir might be a good alternative.
The SnoozAir is a claw-proof inflatable bed that not only keeps its shape with air, but seems as if it would be a dream to travel with as well. I can't tell you how many times my trunk was taken up by North's bed and essentials, leaving me with little room to cram my stuff into! Since the SnoozAir is washable, it doesn't hold odor or dirt as normal cloth beds do, plus it comes with a removable and comfy slipcover, and non skid pads on the bottom. It's pretty comparable in price to other pillow beds at $100, but it seems like a really great investment if you and Fido like to travel!
Brrr, can you feel that nip in the air? I know North can so I want my peppy, preppy pup to take advantage of furry Fall fashions – cooler colors and warm knits. This season's Crewmutts (from J. Crew) line now offers some great blue totes, textured sweaters, and darker madras styles. You may recall their summery madras of seasons past, but the latest versions also have a removable sherpa lining for additional warm cozies heading straight into Winter.

I think the bond between Star and I was pretty tight when we got to California and I don't think you could make it any better. She slept in the bed with me all the time we were out there but when we got back home, Star had moved. She had always slept at the end of the bed, and now she moved up to right beside me on my side of the bed and that may be a little bit bigger bond.
Excited doesn't begin to describe how my 20-month-old feels about his big boy bed. When his mattresses and pillows arrived, all he could say was, "Wow!" Though he spent nary a full night in his crib, the lil bugger doesn't mind slipping between his motorcycle sheets for some rest and relaxation. Since he's a bit of a roller, we invested in a Bedbugz Bed Bolster ($35) to ensure his safety. The inflatable, cloth-covered cushion was a snap to secure to the bed, and allows me to get some shuteye, too.
Ummm, so I see the resting area, but where's the "bath"? This is not a step to help pets get up on your bed (although it looks like it), it's actually a dog litter box for wee pups to crawl through the wee heart to use wee-wee pads inside. Yeah, I guess Doggie Bed and Bathroom Hole isn't as catchy. If you're interested, you can add a comfy poochie pillow so pups can travel up top to get some shut eye after doing their business. I can't imagine I'd like to sleep this close to poo, but I guess pets aren't as picky. At $299, what do you say?
