My pal GeekSugar checked out and checked into the Loopt Star/ Virgin America 2-for-1 flight deal at a SF taco truck. All proceeds from this truck from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. today go to our local Animal Care and Control and she shared a pic of these pups on hand, too!

With two little girls in the house, Bonnie the dog is sometimes asked to play dress-ups. Today the theme was "hula girls" and Bonnie was given a lei after the grass skirt was found to be too small for her waist.

Aww, pooch! PetSugar reader Beaner shared this story about her pup's unexpected run-in over the weekend in the Spotted! group:

Just had to share this picture. Poor Reuben met a skunk for the first time Friday night and got sprayed in the face. He immediately jumped in the bathtub and we washed him with the recommended tomato juice. Although I think the hydrogen peroxide/baking soda/Dawn mixture we did the following day (and a good swim in the lake) helped the most. Poor little guy. And his 2nd birthday was Saturday! What a way to celebrate.
