Most New Year's resolutions center on self-improvement, but would you ever consider a resolution to improve the life of your pet or your relationship with your pet? It might be as simple as buying an extra bone each week or as practical as scheduling regular grooming appointments throughout the year. Other ideas: providing a healthier diet, creating a better living space, or adding pet dates with friends to your calendar. What do you think?
Here at PetSugar, we tend to find even the oddest of creatures pretty darn cute — and you usually agree! This newborn giant anteater, who's being shown off with her mama for the first time at the SF Zoo, is definitely up for debate. I think these fascinating little guys — who are close cousins of the sloth — are super cute, but how do you feel about them?
Side note: does anyone else think mama anteater's front paw looks like a giant panda?
Our black pug Oliver has a hard time with other dogs, partly because we think he doesn't consider himself one. Our good friends have a big Rhodesian Ridgeback mix named Red, who loves to try to play with Oliver. On a recent vacation in Sonoma, this adorable picture was snapped of the two doggies having a moment. Well, I'm not sure Oliver was quite as into it as Red was. They're pretty cute together, especially because of the huge size differential. While Oliver might not consider himself and Red "friends" per se, does your pet have a disproportionately sized buddy?
