Look at this cute little Conure couple, Baby and Norman! Baby's a tad more adventurous but how Norman misses her when she goes to see her owner, littlecupcake – he'll actually squawk until she returns to share the perch with him. Baby is a skilled acrobat, and loves being held, giving kisses, and, despite the occasional squabble, loves her "husband" Norman too!

Lucky got lost as a little kitten but this handsome guy is definitely a fortunate fella now. Found starving in the woods, hottpink coaxed the black, bug laden cat home with her. He sat still for an intensive cleaning procedure which revealed he was actually white and orange . . . and rather cute. Now he enjoys resting and playing at home and watching birdies from the window. Don't worry dog lovers, he's just posing by that sign, he likes pooches too!
You may have noticed that I'm switching up Pet of the Week! Because our lovely group was created back before us animal lovers had our own site – and the ability to add pets to our profiles – I'm gonna be delving into all the great added pets (and play which pet is cuter) and call out the cuties I see. It's Friday — and time for POTW! Because I'm still coming off my Uno high, I couldn't resist making a little Beagle my pet of the week! Meet Basil — pronounced as a word to rhyme with "dazzle" — and how he dazzles me! Rescued from Petfinder.com by WhiplashGirlchild, she picked out the cute pup when he was just 8-weeks-old, choosing this lil' guy because he was so calm. Unfortunately, Basil was chill because he was sick with a liver shunt but, many treatments later, the doggie is doing much better . . . and looking as adorable as ever!

I love to see pups geek out, too . . . especially if they are filled with roly-poly cuteness while doing so! Little Eleanor here loves the phone and the computer. There's certainly more of her to love but she's trying to keep her feminine physique by sticking to a diet of doggie food and chicken breast, even though she occasionally gets a healthy people-food snack of tofu and rice crackers from mom, 143babenor. She appears to be taking a taste of the air in this photo or, come to think of it, this bulldog could be calling for takeout right now. Hang up the phone, silly pooch, or at least call my North instead – you'd surely be fast friends in your missions for yums!

Sharing is caring. Buddy McScruff has a pretty good grip on this rawhide bone but Oliver Wiggles seems to want in on the licking action. Turns out Buddy kept the bone to himself, but I decided to make both furballs our pets of the week! Dana Lou says they are a comedy act all on their own, and I believe it! Turns out Buddy likes teasing and running (read: chasing) after Oliver while Oliver likes to keep Buddy in line when he's bad . . . just like older brothers do! They do share some things — their love for chicken, carrots, and popcorn — and they both have super adorable names! Congratulations!

Lucky cat! It looks like little Hugo has found his comfy spot! After all, Lill McGill says he spends most of his time just laying around, and will decide to snooze practically anywhere from the middle of the hallway to right in front of the pantry – I guess his sleepiness hits him suddenly and it's stop, drop, and naptime! Even with the cute pose, my favorite part of this photo is that pink tee. Turns out it's a novelty gift, actually designed to dress up wine bottles . . . or in this case a cat. I think the kitty looks pretty intoxicating himself – congrats!

Nah Nee Nah Nee Boo Boo . . . I'm a cutie buggie poo! How adorable is this fella with his tongue sticking out?! Meet Benjamin, one-half Boston Terrier and one-half Pug, in other words, a bugg. Benjamin works hard accompanying mom or dad to work – they both are lucky enough to be able to bring him, so he gets to pick who to travel with each day. Chrissyeherman says that this spunky guy patiently spends most of his day on break by putting on this cute sleeping act to attract the attention of each passerby – then taunts them with his cuteness with that little tongue out gesture. How charming he is – congrats!

I'm all about letting sleeping dogs lie, and this sleeping dog is too cute to disturb! Check out her form, it almost looks like Raja was lying on her tummy, but in a space shuttle – she's got perfect downward dog sleeping pose in an upward form. Also, of special note is the look of puppy bliss on her puppy face. Could she be dreaming of the acorns, leafs, and twigs her mom, ElleJay, says she loves to eat? Whatever she's thinking of, she looks darn cute while doing so. Congratulations, little husky!
