The Artist star Uggie may have the most photo ops this award season, but Martin Scorsese wants the world to know that another celluloid canine deserves a nod. Blackie the Doberman turned out a stellar performance in the director's Oscar-nominated Hugo, and Scorsese has petitioned (successfully!) for the pooch to be nominated for a Golden Collar Award.
