Ooh la la! LeSportsac debuted the Pet Carrier ($98), and I love the hearts pattern. While rumors have floated about the company going to the pets for a while, the doggone style (12 by 17 by eight inches) is finally ready to ship for small creatures across the country.

A long strap allows you to carry it or sling it over your shoulder, and the six-inch leash keeps pup facing in the right direction all the time. If you'd like to make the carrier double as your bag, there's a slot for an ID card and a zipped pocket in the front for a few essentials. Are you a fan?
Purse or Pet Carrier? Two Juicy Double Duty Solutions
I'm no stranger to dog carriers that look like purses, especially when planning to sneak my pooch along for the ride. Still, there's usually some telltale features like mesh peekaboo windows or extra zippers that gives them away as not just any ol' purse for you.
However, I'm betting these two bags would likely stump most people on the street! Sure, upon closer inspection, I see the features I've mentioned since the latest offerings from Juicy Couture are solely intended for four-legged family. With the Rugby Stripe ($278) or Houndstooth ($298) patterns, they do come with a human price tag, too. Check out the sneaky sacks below!
New Product Alert! Sherpa Sport
Along with that neon messenger style bag, the new Sherpa Sport Collection offers a tote and rolling option. Now the Sport Duffle ($70) resembles a gym bag, but a convenient walk-in side entry or a lift-in alternative from the top sets it apart from your standard sack. It's offered in just the medium now (in either blue or the orangey-red seen) with more sizes and colors promised later this month.
For those of you who love to wheel a bag, the Sport Wheels ($128) fits your tiny pooch and converts to a backpack if you need to run to make that connection. Oh, that's just me?
This Crate Makes the Car Part of Vet and Groomer Trips Easier
When picking up a jumbo-sized bag of dog food at my local pet megastore, I noticed a frustrated-looking owner try to lure his poodle into a standard crate in the back of his SUV fresh from the in-house groomers. Now, some people find it easier to load up a pup inside the home before carrying the animal and crate out to the car, but this isn't always possible on the way back.
With larger dogs, couple a pet ramp with a side opening crate like The Other Door Steel Crate ($200). It's way easier to let a pet walk in from the side than have to maneuver to the traditional lengthwise door in a limited car space or this model has (yet) another door on top for lifting and loading – that's three ways total!
Pampered Pals: I GO2 5-in-1 Carriers
If you loved this backpack, I'm betting you'll go equally gaga over this 5-in-1 converting to a tote, wheeler, car seat, backpack, or shoulder carrier – umm, wow! The aptly named IGO2 bags are FAA-approved as carryons and include a fleece bed for long trips across town . . . or across the country.
In addition to six pretty colors from sage to copper, choose between four styles, each different in size and setup:
- Day Tripper: Up to 10 pounds
- Escort: Up to 15 pounds
- Traveler: Up to 20 pounds
- Weekender: Up to 15 pounds
Pampered Pals: Action Petpack If You're Action Packed
If I didn't see the mesh, I'd swear this was a simple hiking pack! The Pet-a-go-go Petpack ($140) is perf for those sporty dog-loving types. Holding animals up to 15 pounds, it's a hands-free way to carry a pet that may not be up for walking the entire way, or safely stow a pooch for your bike ride or sneaking onto public transportation.
There's a detachable pack at the bottom for yums and poo bags or, if you're stashing that elsewhere, just unzip it and you're ready to go. I love the vibrant color section – petal pink, tango orange, berry blue, kiwi green – hey, you can even match it to a collar and leash!
Street Team: Joey Pet Pouch
Do you want to join PetSugar's street team? I'd love to hear firsthand about your favorite new products because I can't possibly buy them all – simply write a blog like this one and let me know what gets four paws up in your household and why you love it. First up, Karebear25 was searching for a great carrier for her Silky Terrier — and the third time's the charm as she finally found this one. The sling-style Joey Pet Pouch ($39) goes over one shoulder and the bag rests at the opposite hip like a messenger bag . . . and is perfect for those pups that like to be cuddled close. Little Toby previously hated his carriers – but loves this one! It's a one-step loading process and promotes bonding because the carrier allows him to be snuggled like a baby, but keep mom's hands free!
The Joey Pet Pouch comes in five sizes, based on the owner's proportions, to make sure the carrier fits just right and is comfy for you, too! It evenly distributes a pup's weight and works for pets up to 15 pounds – perfect for that small, calm pet that will contentedly remain by your side.
The Puppoose: Spoiled Sweet or Spoiled Rotten?

You may have dog crates, carriers, and strollers lying around but do you have a doggie purse? For $80, the Puppoose keeps your furry companion attached to your hip - literally - in this soft crocheted carrier that allows your arms to remain functional while out and about. The Puppoose promises a fit for all:
"..fits any small dog and any person! Its crocheted design has 4 holes at the base for the pets limbs, 4 adjustable straps to adjust the length, a neck cushion for your comfort and safety strap to ensure your pets security. Its hands-free convenience allows more quality time together!"
I'm all about stylish and comfortable ways to keep North with me throughout the day, but I'm wondering how he would deal with not walking and expending some of his boundless energy on our outings! So what do you think — Spoiled Sweet or Spoiled Rotten?
