Tonight marks the final night of Hanukkah, and the last day of this part of our Pet Present Extravaganza. Especially fitting to finish up with are these tees, tanks, and even a tutu to boast the lil' one's spirit all year round. Britney made a pit stop at Pets of Bel Air last Friday . . . and appears to have walked out with a new dog! As shocked as I am by this addition to her brood, I do approve of the luxe Kwigy-bo pet carrier she toted out as well. Quite ironically, the name of this bag model is the London, and can be found online for a modest $119.
Now I consider myself quite savvy at identifying dog breeds, and this pooch looks like a Maltese IMO, but check out a gallery of Britney holding the pup – and shot records calling it a three-month-old Chihuahua – for yourself when you read more

These scrumptious pics of Jerry O'Connell and Rebecca Romijn picking out their very first Christmas tree as a family over the weekend just about made my day! The couple even brought two pooches, Taco and Better, along for the tree-procuring process – looks like she has her hands just as full with the pooches as he does with the tree. Maybe next time just one pooch should get in on the tree-picking action?
They say people start to resemble their pets, or maybe it's vice versa. Even though I'm not so certain who this "they" is, and what "their" qualifications are, I can think of several pets and peeps that exhibit similar personalities and expressions. As part of our Best of 2007 polls, I've picked a couple cute pooches and their equally cute owners to ask you which celebs and pets are the best lookalikes!
Now sometimes I jump when my own phone rings, but imagine jumping when you hear your phone ring, only to realize that it never rang at all! This bird, Billy, is the culprit behind that very scenario with his owner, Stuart McNae, both seen here. The Blue-fronted Amazon Parrot is able to perfectly learn and mimic ringtones . . . so perfectly, in fact, that his owner has had to change the mobile phone's sound five times already! To make matters worse, Billy also likes to wait until Stuart leaves the room to copy the sound, and even imitates laughter when he dashes back to answer. The bird has already learned the Nokia theme, Lou Bega’s Mambo Number 5, the BBC Match of the Day tune, Soul Limbo by Booker T and the MGs and Bob Marley’s No Woman No Cry . . . I can't think of trickier tones to test such a qualified creature with, can you?
