I've spotted some pretty sleek cat trees for climbers, and here's another from Square Cat Habitat. Named for a famous tree type with trunks big enough for even you to fit in, the five-foot Baobab Climbing Tree comes in 100 percent renewable bamboo ($500) or laminate-covered, recycled wood fiber ($285). Even the carpet can be customized for picky kitties – there's 10 swatches to fit any furry home.
Makers of the Buddha we featured a while back, this designer also offers a super sweet end table, Bastet, perfect for cats that like to keep at least two paws a touch closer to the ground.
Seriously, this has to be one of the funniest pet pics ever – check out the tongue! I'm still laughing over here. . .
Congrats to Gizmo and oostarbubblesoo for being chosen as our Pet Pic of the Day! Don't forget to send in your favorite photos to our Pet Pics group – you may see your furry (and totally funny) pals on the pages of PetSugar!
Even if you're toting the same Bags on Board container as everyone else (Naomi and Amanda included), create your own design starring your famous furball on the front. Add text, clip art, photos, borders, and frames to make a one-of-a-kind holder at MyBagsOnBoard.com (and, trust me, this can be addictive). The Design Your Own Dispenser ($7.25) comes with two printable, pre-cut skins or you can create and cut out as many as you want at home! I'm thinking my pastel creation would look fab with Thurman's purple poop bags, right? Being responsible has never looked so good.
During breaks of wet weather over the weekend, we took off to our local dog park to get out some of that rainy day energy. And, while cruising the perimeter, North got a whiff of a furry yet familiar little creature: a squirrel!
Although North couldn't climb up the tree after the quick moving mammal, it made me realize how little I know about the squirrel! So after some research, I thought I'd test your knowledge on them as well!
Fab recently shared this photo (of a photo taken by Andy Warhol!) from an event she attended at the de Young Museum of San Francisco — do you recognize this Frenchie-loving designer?
