Ha ha I've seen variations of this cake at like 2 work-related gatherings. I think you'd have to be a cat-lover to really make it look authentic. I've never owned a cat so am not familiar with litter boxes, but it sure looks scary to me whenever I behold it.

I think it's absolutely disgusting and would question the mental state of anyone who prepared it for any sort of gathering. ewwwwwwww gross. :|
