Is Your Pet Cuddly?

Some dogs and cats are super snuggly while others are a touch standoffish – is your pet quick to curl up on your lap and never want to leave or is it a struggle to get him to sit still there to begin with?

tapatio will snuggle if she's feel crappy...otherwise she likes to stand on your lap...my friend used to sing "stand in the place where you work" whenever tapatio would plant her 9 pounds on her

I generally notice that most cats are standoff-ish and fussy, and most dogs are snuggle snuggle snuggle attention. Thats just what I notice for the most part

....Okay, the rest of my post didn't work. I was saying that my kitten, Aries, is super fiesty and LOVES attention. She will cuddle for a while if you pet her constantly, gets mad if you stop, and after maybe 10 mins of laying down (and not sleeping), she'll want to play and not cuddle anymore. She's back and forth.

Aw, the cat in the pic looks like the adult version of my kitten <3 Ha, anyway, my cat, Aries, is interesting. She's very fiesty, loves to run around, but constantly craves attention. She is quick to cuddle for 10 minutes, and then starts wanting to play. But seriously, I never met a cat that thrived on attention -- and got mad if you didn't give it to them every hour that you are home!

Well typically Auggie is the snuggle bug, but right now they both are, and I think it has something to do with them realizing I'm pregnant....they sure don't like when the baby kicks them though!

Luna, my kitty the same way! When I get home from work, she will meow like crazy until I let her hop in my arms and carry her around like a baby. I love it though, and I love her! :)

My cats one will sit next to you and you can pick em up and he wont get mad. my other one hates being held or snuggled but rub her head on you or roll on the floor.

It really depends on Felix's mood. Though if I am curled up with "his" blanket, the he always comes over and lays with me.

Rosie (our Pittie) is a cuddle monster. If we are on the bedm, she's gotta come right inbetween us and roll on her back for tummy rubs. If we are on the couch, she's gotta snuggle in between our legs and get all cozy. Kitten on the other hand ONLY likes lovies right before bed. She will come and lay right on my boyfriends chest and rub her head on his hands and un-shaved chin lol.

Bella kitty is all snuggles, has been since she was a kitten, she's so cute. Tim kitty doesn't like to snuggle or be held, but he wants to be RIGHT NEXT to you all the time, and be petted. It would be easier if he'd just snuggle up! Love them both.

Little dog Poppy (wheaten terrier) usually just gets snuggly when she wants something, usually sofa space!! Big dog Jack (Black Russian Terrier-160 lbs of daft) loves to snuggle, and just sinks into a big hug with a little contented sigh-it's great-just like hugging a great big teddy bear.
