Why Does My Dog Attack Inanimate Objects?

Wow! I'm not the only one with a dog at war with an inanimate object, and neither is this frenchie's owner! I asked what your pets love to hate and this is what you shared:

My doggies loathe aerosol spray! I don't know if it's sensitive to their nose or if it's the sound it makes when it's spraying but they will bark and jump at it and even bite it if they'd have the chance! — Pampire

Oh my God, Zena stole my dog stuffed toy (whom we've named Puppy) and she's exactly the same way! She treats it like a puppy....except when she gnaws on its nose! She is ENAMORED with that toy and we have no idea why! — Ellenora

My cat loves my hair ties (rubberbands) . . . He goes crazy over them! He will throw them up in the air, chase them, and swat them around on the floor... Goofy cat. — Bany19

Obi loves pine cones and wine corks. Just recently he ripped the pine cone off a Christmas decoration and ran off with it. He loves them! — likethedirection

One of mine has a Wubba (from Kong) and it's the only toy she HASN'T destroyed and she loves that thing. Carries it everywhere, brings it to us when she is excited . . . it's like her child lol! — Lovely_1
