Cats like to knead things by using their paws (claws tucked inside). When kittens ask feline moms for milk, they knead her with paws, so by doing so, it's like she's telling you that you are her mama now!

Wouldn't have it any other way! :D A groomer at Oliver's "salon" was telling me today about his cat's "gifts." (The cat has an indoor/outdoor flap at home.) So far: three mice, two robins, and *shudder* a LIVE bat! I'm happy with dead flies!

I feel your pain, Fuzzles! My cat soaks her toys in her water dish, and then brings them to me soaking wet, also totally proud of herself. Ah, kitty love.
