Where Does Your Pet Sleep?

While you may imagine nights snuggling up with your new pet in theory, your Frette linens (and/or boyfriend) may not appreciate that concept. Or maybe he's the eager one inviting the pet under the covers while you'd prefer that kitty or puppy nest elsewhere? I'm curious to know – do you like to snuggle up with your pet 24/7 or do you feel the snuggling should stop when the lights go out? And, please share your opinions of your pet's sleeping pattern in the comments.

The toy poodle sleeps on my pillow or up against the left side of my body. The cat varies her positions.

I have two kittens/cats (around 7 months) they both like to sleep on my pillows. As soon as I lay my head down one of them comes up and lays right by my head leaning her head down to mine. And the other takes the other pillow, they switch on and off through the night alternating pillows. I guess it's my fault that I have no pillow space anymore lol When they were just kittens as soon as we got them at 7 weeks, I was so worried that they would get hurt or get into something while I was sleeping that I brought them in with me at night and laid them on my pillows, and they sleep the whole night like that!

One kittie sleeps beside me on the bed, and one sleeps in the laundry basket in the closet! I think he thinks its his bedroom. You can hear the wicker creaking every night at about 1am, and there he is, climbing into bed! He will also be there in the morning, on his back paws in the air sleeping.

My kitten got into the habit of curling up next to my waist every night - now it won't break, and the boyfriend is jealous!

He used to sleep on his bed but for some reason he moved under my bed. When I say "Good night" he immediately crawls under my bed.

My dog reina always sleeps in bed with me...and under the covers. She will usually end up sprawling out by the middle of the night, at which time I wake up and realize I am almost on the floor. It's cute though, she's very cuddly.

It varies between on the floor next to me, or on the bed. I usually have another blankes on the bed for him to lay on because he sheds.

my cat sleeps in the closet. on a pile of clothes that don't fit me. She's pushed things around and made it perfect for herself.

Patrick, my dog, loves to sleep as sprawled out as possible on my bed. He also likes the blankets arranged just so and will move them all around until he is comfortable. He pays little regard to whether I am comfortable :)

This my sound crazy..but since I got him, he has been sleeping in his carry case, and the carry case sits on the bed right next to me. :D He is soooo good, and he always lets me sleep in when I need to. Hopefully, when he is full grown, he'll be happy sleeping up by my head.

We have 5 cats. You'll find 1 sleeping in the window sill above our bed, 2 in bed with us, and 2 in the doorway. I don't know why they pick the doorway, but they do, so yeah, weird.

We have 2 cats what pretty much do as they darn well please. Hey - I warned my husband before we got them I would spoil them rotten! Ours sleep wherever they feel at a given moment. During the day our male cat likes the top of the sofa. But only one end. And given his girth you can tell EXACTLY where that end is. *sigh*. Our fluffy girl likes hiding places. During the day she will sleep in her Daddy's office or on our bed. They snuggle with us a bunch more in the winter than in the summer - which actually works out well for us on cold and hot nights!

Our cat Gregory starts out on my husband's chest and then after about 1/2 an hour moves to my feet. At some point in the night he is usually sprawled out (I mean stretched out as far as he can)where my legs "should" be. Somehow I manage to sleep :) keri
