But, she's insanely smart. The trainer ended up using her for examples in class :p. I LOVE her size, I love her little softball-shaped head, I love that she loves to travel with me. She's the best hotel dog! I'll never own another breed! The only Cons are that they are fatties...they want to eat 24/7, the complete opposite of my husband's huge dog. So, I have to constantly monitor her food intake to keep her in perfect shape. Plus, they often have health problems. If my Cavalier isn't having some strange allergic reaction to fleas, flea medicine, some food, etc...then she's gotten in a fight with my grandad's cat. lol It's always SOMETHING. She just LOVES the vet! PeachyKeen19 4 years 3/7...I think if I get another dog I may consider a King Cavalier (among a couple of other choices) they do seem like the cuddliest, sweetest little things. POPSUGAR Pets 4 years Yes, the breed became popular again: "When the house of Stuart fell, it became a political liability to be associated with the dogs of King Charles (the Tudors favored the Pug), and the Cavalier breed became extremely rare." THE DIVA OBSESSION 4 years Ok at least I did much better on this test 6/7!!!!! Susanna 4 years 5/7. The last question doesn't make sense -- the House of Tudor preceded the House of Stuart. (Or is the implication that Pugs became popular again?) AmberHoney 4 years Rouge Noir - I think 1/7 is very embarrassing; which was my score. Rouge Noir 4 years 3/7, this is slightly embarrassing, especially considering I had a tricolor back in the day! All I know (it would seem) is that this is the cutest, cuddliest, most affectionate little breed ever. My puppy attracted huge crowds of doting passers-by every time we went to the park - he was that adorable. He passed many years ago and I still miss him. carbizkate 4 years I should have done better than 5/7! I grew up with Cavaliers and my mom still has two. They are such sweet little dogs!
