Time Warp Video: Dog Drinking . . . Demystified

Do you know how dogs lap up water (when they're not getting it all over your floor)? I'd never considered it 'til I spotted this video at work . . . and went home to catch North lapping up some liquid. It was hard to get close enough to him while he was drinking, but he used this same tongue movement while licking and nursing his favorite toy. Watch the video below and see if you can witness your pets doing the same!

Malano has a water bottle like a feret cause he so furry. If i let him drink out of a bowl which is rare, he gets a big wet face and i get a really big mess!!!

thats sooooooo cool wow they should do it to a small dog see if there is a difference and even to a cat but as a dog lover i say do it to a small dog

When my dog was a pup she used to put her muzzle all the way to the bottom of the bowl so her nose was touching the very bottom and drink like that. It was quite odd, but very cute. Now she drinks like a normal dog.
