Do Tell: Which Dog Breeds Interest You?

If you hadn't noticed, I've been gathering extra trivia on many popular dog breeds. I now pick and choose based on individual interests (or relevant holidays), but here's your chance to speak up and share your own requests. Just let me know which breeds you'd love to know more about in the comments below. If I haven't covered it in a quiz already, those pups will be placed atop my list!

I forgot to mention the Goldendoodle. Such an insanely cute breed of dog.

Havanese, Labrador and/or Boston Terrier. I love most dogs (and cats) and find it difficult to narrow down the list to a favorite breed. I tend to lean towards dogs with either short fur or little shedding, bright personalities and willingness to give warning barks yet be friendly with others. The contrast between my current and former dog made me aware of the type I need. Oh did it make me aware,lol. (Cocker-spaniel vs a Black Labrador mix.)

My favorite breeds are (of course) the breeds of my parents' dogs and my dog. My parents have a Bichon Frise and Pekingese. I have a Papillon/Pomeranian mix. People always think he's a toy American Eskimo, though.

Ibizan Hounds! I have one and they are really beautiful and unique and have a very interesting historical background. Some people mistake him for a deer from farther away!

Have you thought about doing some rare breeds? My boyfriend and I just got a Silken Windhound and she's pretty much the cutest thing in the world. She's so gorgeous (basically a long-haired Whippet), so everyone stops and asks us what she is. There are other rare breeds you could do too, but I personally recommend the Silken :)
