It's hard to say as I can't measure my pup pup's jump while she's jumping to play. She does go as high as my chest which is about 4 feet (accidentally hit 2-3 ft).

Missy Puppy, a 25lb terrier mutt, has jumped up and licked me on the nose while I was standing up. I'm 5'4". BOING! I used to have a cat who could jump from the floor to the top of the fridge. It was hilarious, every single time.
