Paris leaves her dog behind in her car as she heads to dinner at downtown Cipriani's. I'm sure we need not worry about the dog's health - looking at the posh pillow she gets to wait on while Mommy poses for the cameras and enjoys a nice meal, it makes me think the dog probably had a nanny or a phat meal while waiting for her. Ah the good life.
