Just in time for Earth Day this Sunday, BBC Home Entertainment has released the epic series Frozen Planet on DVD and Blu-ray! The seven-part special delves into harsh Arctic and Antarctic environments with never-before-seen footage of animals above and below the ice. What better way to celebrate this amazing planet than by participating in a community cleanup event topped off with a quiet evening curled up watching critically-acclaimed footage of nature's iciest landscapes? The series certainly reminded us of the importance of preserving this frigid habitat.

We, of course, love that polar bears take center stage, and these cute little cubs in this clip just melt our hearts, not unlike the Summer sun on the ice!

I mean, have you watched Animal Planet's Too Cute? I may be a dog parent, but I have to admit that after watching a few episodes, I am smitten with kittens! These Ragdoll babies are playtime patooties, but watch as one little kitty becomes cuddle buddies with a giant German Shepherd. Sigh . . . and suddenly all is well with the world!

Siku fever has hit, and we'll admit it: we're afflicted! The lovable baby polar bear is just 3 months old, but he's already claimed the hearts of animal lovers, environmentalists, and fans of cute. We've seen plenty of adorable photos, but if like us, you just can't get enough, now through a joint effort between Explore.org and Polar Bears International, you can watch Siku live!

Every day from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. EST, the un-bear-ably cute baby polar will appear live via high-definition video from his home at Denmark's Scandinavian Wildlife Park. The live cam's backers hope that he will become an ambassador for his roughly 25,000 relatives remaining in the wild whose survival is threatened by the melting of polar ice. Siku, whose name means "sea ice," would like us all to remember to shrink our carbon footprint in the hopes of saving the polar bears' Arctic home!

Hyundai showcases its environmentally friendly Sonata Hybrid speeding past wide-eyed forest critters, while Subaru demonstrates its dog-approved vehicles with vignettes featuring outdoorsy canines. And let's not forget the party rockin' hamsters who conquer post-apocalyptic robots with their slick dance moves and a lime green Kia Soul.
