If you were to stop and go through the quarters, dimes, nickels, and pennies weighing down your purse or cluttering up your car cup holder, how much do you think you'd collect? $10? $25? Well, according to the experts at Coinstar, the average amount cashed in for eCertificates and/or gift cards at their coin kiosks is a whopping $56 — twice as much as people think they have. Talk about a nice, unexpected chunk of change as we head into the holiday season (especially since so many of us go over budget on holiday shopping!).
Our advice to you: make every coin count! Take a few minutes to grab all the spare change "jingle-belling" in your purses, pockets, car, and desk drawers, then hit your local Coinstar kiosk, where you can turn the contents of your coin jar into cash or no-fee eCertificates from popular brands, including Amazon, iTunes, Gap, and Starbucks. Click here to find the Coinstar kiosk closest to you.
Now that you know there might be more change lying around than you think, what would you do with those extra pennies this holiday?
Including JJ and the (late) Jack, she makes it Jack Russell no. 3 for Mariah Carey; the singer received Cha-Cha in March as an anniversary present from husband Nick Cannon. Since I haven't seen enough of this pooch, peep more pictures below!

Bo showed off his holiday spirit with a jingling collar and tons of tricks for Oprah at the weekend's Christmas at the White House special. A high five? Pretty impressive, lil pup. If nothing else, I'm pleased to see I'm not the only one using happy puppy voice to speak to my pet! Watch the video to see the first dog in action — he's rushing in for his camera time with bells on!

A few weeks ago we had some pretty strong winds here in the Bay Area. One morning I walked outside to take my furry creature — Wookie — out for his morning walk and saw that all leaves had fallen down from the trees. Our courtyard was filled with these pretty red, orange and yellow leaves. I had to grab my camera and capture this moment. Little Wooks loved running around kicking the leaves. So cute!
Admit it: you're just as addicted to adoro zoo babies as I am. From big cats (still small) to birds too tiny to fly, I can't get enough of all their little faces. Soooo, here's your chance to see if you can stare them down, too. Cute lil eyes beg you to pick a favorite in our Which Baby Animal Is Cuter? faceoff.
