4I'm jealous, Chachi (my chihuahua) would never let me put it on him! when i first got him, i bought all these blinged out collars and sweaters (hey, he's the closest thing i'm having to a kid; ask me about children in 10 years), and he pulled and tugged, he hates it. so he doesn't even wear a collar. i have to use a harnest for when i walk him.
i heard that female chihuahuas are more mellow, and like clothing. but i couldn't deal with another dog.
